Health Benefits of Pastured Chicken

I'm not a doctor, scientist, or health fanatic. But I figured I should educate myself about the health benefits of my products so I can teach my customers. So I'll give an analysis of the health benefits of pastured poultry over conventionally raised poultry. 

Pasture raised chicken has been lab tested. It has been shown that it has, on average, three times as much omega 3, which is beneficial for the heart and brain. It contains higher levels of amino acids, including six times as much glutathione, which reduces swelling, increases energy levels, and is a detoxifier. It is 50% higher in vitamins a, d, and e, and it is 21% lower in saturated fat. 

That's a lot of health benefits. Again I'm not a pro at health stuff. I'm just learning about this myself. Any other benefits you know of?
